During a particularly trying employment in a restaurant in 2008, I began tracking my craziest moments working for a delusional sociopath on a blog called Le Potemkin Cafe. Because it was a rather inflammatory (though honest) portrayal of my employers, the blog was password protected and never shown no anyone.
When, as I had predicted, the restaurant closed, I began turning these stories - and others from my long career as a server - into a series called My Life in Bistro Aprons. Some of these writings are currently available on Restaurant Widow, and I am in the process of gathering them together in on place.
